- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been going to Wightman Family Dental for years. While their dentistry is exceptional and the dentists are very caring and have helped me and worked with me on multiple occasions, the customer service there needs a lot of work. I highly suggest re-training some of the receptionist/billers there with some more customer service classes. When I call any business, I expect to hear a pleasant voice on the other side of the phone, not one that radiates to me as "tired and don't feel like being here". Multiple times I have been told by one of the receptionist and one biller that I would receive a call back and in one instance an email and never did. I waited until the end of the day to call and get answers. And in the more very recent incident, I did not receive a call back about a prescription nor did I call as I do not feel as a priority to them. I expect the ones in the customer service industry (which I work in myself) to give the same type of service that they would want to receive from anyone else.
